I want to start off by giving a shout out to Nick Borelli!

Head Lopper is a self-published book by Andrew Maclean that was originally published in 2013. Head Lopper issue #2 was successfully funded through Kick-Starter. Image announced two days ago through there September solicitations the reprinting of both issue 1 and 2 in a 96 page $5.99 #1 issue starting a four issue mini-series.

This isn’t the first time Image has republished an independently published book, they picked up Oddly Normal in September of last year issue 8 is released on July 1 and before that they picked up the independently published ape-motorcycle gang series, The Humans. 

With image publishing the series, bringing the comic to a wider audience, now is the time to start looking for the first print original series. Still available at Andrew Maclean’s website for $6. This book has tons of potential of growth. (ORDER HERE)
