Last week during a press conference for the new streaming service Disney Plus, a few Marvel TV series were officially announced. Those series include Wandavision based around The Vision and The Scarlet Witch, Loki – starring Tom Hiddleston, and the Falcon and Winter Soldier.

In all three series the original actors will reprise their Marvel Cinematic Universe roles. In recent months the first appearances of The Falcon and The Winter Solider have been on a downward slump. Now is a great time to be picking up the first appearances of these characters. These books spiked in 2014 and 2015 and have been going down ever since, this new series will spark a new interest into these books.

Winter Soldier first appears in the 2005 book, Captain America #5.
Falcon’s first appearance is Captain America #117 from 1969.

Another piece of news came out this week from the website Wegotthiscovered. WGTC is reporting that Marvel is developing a TV series based around Marvel characters the Hulk and She-Hulk with Mark Ruffalo signed on to reprise his role as Bruce Banner. The book that will be effected most by this news is the first appearance of She-Hulk, Savage She-Hulk #1 from 1980.
