I sure am writing a lot of Hollywood Daze posts this week, reaffirming that Hollywood is getting back to some form of normalcy. Earlier today news broke that Disney had picked up the Boom studios graphic novel Just Beyond for the Disney Plus streaming service.

Just Beyond: Scare School is the first book in a four part graphic novel series written by horror author R. L. Stein. Disney has ordered eight episodes and plan to air the series in Fall of 2021. Seth Grahame-Smith best known for his Pride and Prejudice and Zombies novel will be scripting the series which has been described as a horror-comedy. First printings of Just Beyond: Scare School can be ordered from The Boom Studios website.
