Hello and welcome to the week in review on Comicbookspeculation.com – home of the original week in review – where we go over all of the hot books being released to comic book stores this week. Here are just some books that come out this week that I think are interesting.

I don’t know about you but I’m already tired of hearing about this new Punchline character. Last week’s Batman #89 featured this new characters first cameo appearance and this week’s Year of the Villain Hell Arisen #3 features her “first full” appearance. Batman #90 (out on March 4, 2020) is another “Punchline” book that has started selling well in presale – currently selling for up to $25. This week’s Year of the Villain Hell Arisen #3 has been selling for $50 to $60+ and is no doubt the book of the week. This book has two covers.

Last week I was incorrect in stating that the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Jennika series was being released. It had been delayed and is actually coming out this week. There have been a few noteworthy sales of the one in twenty-five variant cover for this issue featuring artwork by Freddie Williams II. This book has had several presale sales in the $40 to $60 range but is currently selling for around $30. There are several store variants for this title so this one in twenty-five ratio variant should not be in short supply.
