JJ Abrams sat down with Sora News a Japanese news outlet recently as part of the press tour for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. Rise of Skywalker is the next Star Wars film and it is directed by Abrams. When Abrams was asked about Clone Wars character Ahsoka Tano he gave a very interesting tease suggesting the character would be appearing in the upcoming film saying, “Hmmm, Ahsoka, huh? Well then you’ll probably want to watch closely during The Rise of Skywalker.”

Star Wars: The Clone Wars #1 was published by Dark Horse Comics in September of 2008 and has a special edition Dark Horse 100 variant limited to 1000 copies. We spoke about the Dark Horse 100 variant program back in November but we missed this book on our list. These variant covers were distributed to select retailers in a lottery system and the Star Wars: The Clone Wars #1 Dark Horse 100 variant is very hard to find in high grade. According to GPA the last sale of a CGC 9.8 copy of the Special Edition Dark Horse 100 variant was $400 (in November) and $525 (In October).
