There has been a lot of casting news coming out about the planned Robert Pattinson / Matt Reeves Batman Film over the past few weeks and today we have another character added to the movies roster.

Comicbook.com reported earlier today about how Matt Reeves had tweeted out a gif indicated that John Tuturro would be playing Carmine Falcone – the leader of the Falcone crime family. While this isn’t going to be a large role in the film I do think the first appearance of this character is very attainable and will see more interest before the movies debut.

Carmine Falcone first appears in Batman #405 – published in 1987 this is the second book in Frank Miller and David Mazzuchelli’s Batman Year One storyline.This book typically sells for $10 to $20 in near mint condition – but I would expect that to change in the coming days. (The last sales of CGC 9.8 copies were for $100 each)
