The Bunker was a 19 issue series by Oni Press that was published in 2014. The title was a speculator gold-mine upon its release when Lionsgate had signed on to make it a TV series. That option has since passed and the book had cooled down – but this week news came out that NBC was now developing The Bunker as a television series and this time the comics writer Joshua Fialkov had signed on to write and executive produce.

Bunker #1 had two open order covers upon its release in 2014 including a variant cover by Francesco Francavilla.

There was also a Comicspro variant cover for Bunker #1 that had a print run of 2500 and features cover artwork by Andrea Sorrentino – this would be the book to buy if you’re speculating on The Bunker series.
