There are a few books that come out this week that you should be made aware of. First of, we have Naomi #4 which we highlighted on instagram last week. Over the past few days this book has been selling for $15 to $20 in presale. It is currently selling for around $14.

For the past few weeks there has been some speculation about Action #1002 being the first appearance of Naomi. Today for some reason, Action #1002 started selling for between $20 to $30. This led Brian Micheal Bendis, writer and creator of Naomi and writer of Action Comics to clear the air, stating that the character that appears on the cover of Action #1002 is not Naomi.

Another book that comes out this week that has a few sales online is Scout Comics, Rise #2. This book has five sales on ebay ranging from $8.99 to $9.99. I don’t see this book maintaining this price.

Not unlike what image Comics did with Die Die Die #1, this week Boom Studios did a promotion for a new title in the Buffy the Vampire universe. For every issue a store orders of Buffy The Vampire Slayer #4 Boom studios is sending them a copy of Angel #0. There is also a one per store retailer “thank you” vampire variant cover. The one per store variant has a few sales online ranging from $40 to $60.

 

 

One last book you should be thinking about is the 1 in 25 variant cover for Major X #2. This cover features artwork by Phil Noto and has been selling for $45 to $50 in online presale.
