I know I’m late to the party, but this is really the book you should be picking up.
I saw a few when I did my rounds the past few days but I didn’t realize its potential.
$8 right now on ebay  and it was sold out at diamond before it was even released.
There is also a kickstarter variant that although there have been no sale as of yet, seem to be going for around $50 – $100.
